Application Fees:

Single Applicant-

$925 Early Application/ $975 Standard Application

Married Couple-

$1700 Early Application/ $1750 Standard Application

Includes:

1. Roundtrip Airfare

2. Chinese Visa Fee

3. Furnished Housing and Utilities

4. Possible Meal Stipend (based on location and assignment)

5. TESOL Certification Course for those not meeting the TWO years work experience post BA/BS graduation

Monthly Salary: 5000-8000RMB/month (approx. $775-1200)

Average working time is 20 hours/week, not to exceed 25 hours maximum.

Kindergarten through University Positions Available

10-month teaching commitment required

Program Dates:

1. Sept. 1 – July 1

Approximately 3-4 weeks free for Chinese New Year holiday in late Jan/early Feb.

2. Feb. 15 – Dec. 31

Approximately 2 months free for Summer holiday during July/August

All participants, paid and volunteer, are responsible for their own passport costs.

All participants are responsible for State and local degree authentication fees (less than $100).

All participants should budget to bring their own personal spending money to China.
